Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Echo & Odyssey Journal. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, email hello@ruchabhatt.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ruchabhatt.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Digital Products
All digital products (including the Echo & Odyssey Ritual Vault or digital downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for your purchase of the Echo & Odyssey Journal.
We’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.
- Rural or remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

If we cannot ship your order within 30 days of purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
International Shipping (optional — delete if you ship only within the U.S.)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at [insert your support email]. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.
